Hey everyone, I'm really struggling with the pressure of upcoming finals. I can't seem to focus and I'm constantly worried about failing. Has anyone else felt this way? How did you cope?
I know it might not seem like much, but I've been struggling to leave my room for the past week due to anxiety. Today I managed to attend my morning lecture and I'm proud of myself for taking that step.
